1 inch pewter police shield medal on 18 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The front of the medal has a stamped 6 pointed star police badge in the center with the wording "PD." On the front and top of the medal there is the stamped wording "Police Officer" and the bottom has the wording "To Protect and Serve." The center back of the medal has a stamped cross. Includes a spiritual expressions card (jewelry attached).
