7/8 x 9/16 inch satin finish sterling silver oval Miraculous Medal on a 20 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The oval medal features a raised and engraved image of Mary in the center, surrounded by the words, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee,". The back of the medal features the Miraculous symbol in a brushed finish. The symbol is comprised of the letter "M" with a cross on the top and two hearts and twelve stars.
